Q: Into which GPS can I upload the maps ? Q: Are the maps better than GARMIN Topo Canada ? A: "Better" depends on your requirements. Each of our maps covers a smaller area but offers more detailed coverage of the area. A picture is worth a thousand words so... see some screenshots. Q: What feature are shown on your GPS maps ? A: Land cover, orchards, swamps, trails, roads and even locations of individual buildings and structures are just a tip of the iceberg! The actual list of the features is simply too long to describe it here because, virtually all of the features from the highly detailed provincial maps are included. Proof is in the pudding so... please, try our free demo maps and see for yourself. Q: Why can't I see the contour lines after loading a map in my GPS ? Q: What is the difference between a vector map and a raster map (paper map, numeric map) ? A: A vector map allows zooming without any lost of image quality. Furthermore, it allows you to search for things (ex: lakes, rivers, etc). Vector maps also allow a larger quantity of information (ex: a vector map needs about 400k, the raster equivalent needs between 5MB and 30MB of memory space). Q: What are the delays for delivery ? Q: Can I damage my GPS with your maps ? Q: Do I have to purchase another software to use your maps ?
Q: Can I load your maps and GARMIN MapSource ®
